- Du baust die Marketingfunktion von indasys von Grund auf auf – Strategie, Strukturen, Prozesse, Budget – und berichtest direkt an den Vorstand (CEO).
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Geschäftsleitung unsere Go-to-Market-Strategie: Zielgruppen und Personas, Positionierung, Kanalstrategie (Inbound/Outbound, Digital, Events, Partner).
- Du schärfst unsere Positionierung als Managed Services Provider und machst unsere Servicepakete am Markt sichtbar – auf der Website, in Kampagnen und im Content.
- Du baust strukturierte Leadgenerierung auf: Lead-Funnels in unserem zukünftigen CRM, Marketing-Automation und messbare Pipeline-Beiträge für den Vertrieb.
- Du verantwortest Content-Marketing und Thought Leadership: Referenzen, Case Studies, Fachbeiträge, LinkedIn.
- Du planst und steuerst Events, Messen und Kampagnen – auch gemeinsam mit unseren Technologiepartnern.
- Du entwickelst zielgruppenspezifisches Marketing für unsere Segmente: Mittelstand und Enterprise ebenso wie Schulen und öffentliche Auftraggeber.
- Du stärkst unser Employer Branding in enger Zusammenarbeit mit People Development.
- Du verantwortest Marketingbudget, KPIs und die Steuerung externer Dienstleister – und baust perspektivisch dein eigenes Team auf.

Deine Aufgaben
Must Haves
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise mit Führungs- oder Gesamtverantwortung – bevorzugt im IT-, Software- oder Systemhaus-Umfeld.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in Demand Generation und Lead-Management: Du denkst in Pipeline und Umsatzbeitrag, nicht nur in Reichweite.
- Hohe KI-Affinität: Du nutzt KI-Tools selbstverständlich im Arbeitsalltag – von Content und Kampagnen bis zur Automatisierung von Marketingprozessen – und treibst ihren Einsatz aktiv voran.
- Praxiserfahrung mit CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Systemen (z. B. Odoo, HubSpot) und datengetriebenem Marketing.
- Aufbau-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits Strukturen, Prozesse oder Teams aufgebaut und weißt, dass am Anfang Hands-on-Arbeit dazugehört.
- Gespür für Positionierung und Marke sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Textkompetenz.
- Verständnis für erklärungsbedürftige IT-Dienstleistungen; Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern oder dem Bildungssektor ist ein Plus.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch.
